From Egg to Chick
Posted on 12. May, 2007 by Alicia in Animals

Can you imagine the progress from an egg to a chick? It’s amazing to see such progress in pictures. I hope they are not too disgusted to viewers. This is not what we usually seen on tv or magizines.

im hungry……wants to eat now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!lol
The picture before the last picture is creepy. And how do you do that? Please tell me! Because I stole an egg from my mom’s egg carton and I drew a smiley face on it and I also wrote this on the back – When Egg-Eggy/When chick-chicky. please reply once you see this comment. LITERALY, I HAVE TO KEEP THAT EGG WARM ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE TELL ME HOW!
Victor. Sorry, but you will not be able to incubate a store bought egg. Refrigerated eggs will not develop even if they have been fertilized. Unless you get your eggs from a farm that sells fertilized eggs. The eggs you buy in a grocery store are not fertile.
I have need full detail of egg to chik. Like machine cost, process, etc. If you have than please tell me.
its pretty nice art work 1-you must of went through a lot of real chicken eggs to do this 2- you should of document every thing u did and created a web site for future generations to follow because thats what we are just rolling threw life and word and tel-a-vision tell every one u see and how u see it so do it web page, new what ever it takes but please don’t use these shitty public face book crap make it known to future generation so it can open doors to future advancements hay u could find the real answers to life in a chicken so please document it show how it was done tell people (interest and smart kids ) good luck and gods speed mark hajdari
I HAVE ALWAYS WONDERED HOW THIS HAPPENS. I CAN TELL MY STUDENTS NOW.
Great work, wow that is so interesting…. neat!
Where can I buy chick eggs? I’m going to hatch them for a school project then keep them
we found 2 eggs and we don’t know if the’re eating eggs or a chiken
Will you please explain the difference between a fertilized egg and the ones we buy at the store to eat. I guess I’m asking how a chicken farmer fertilizes an egg?
Well, Mark, the eggs you buy in the store are essentially chicken periods. They’re an unfertilized egg dropped by the ovaries of a chicken.
And as for how they’re fertilized . . . when a rooster and a hen *really* love each other . . .
wow how do you do that?
can i do that and see the progress,
i have 2 hens sitting on her eggs
hey thats so fuuny but sad hahahahaha
a cuantos pollitos mataron para hacer esto????….nunca mas volvere a comer pollo…to all chickens killed for doing this ????…. never again eat chicken …

Hellllloooo people….these chicks were KILLED to take these pics. They were broken open and photographed at different stages of development.
@cindy, no. There are ways to acctually grow a chicken embryo in a plastic cup! It’s a very careful procedure, but it works!

oh god… amazing
Are you sick? Did you kill a bunch of potential chickens for this project? Honestly I can’t imagine how this can be called “beautiful” or amazing. It’s one thing to know the developmental stages, but quite another to abort a bunch of chickens for the sake of imaging. Its absolutely sickening.
Raiza y Bravio tienen razón.
Raiza tiene razón.
Bri -> Read the comments. The chicken didn´t die!
What some people aren’t realizing is that it’s the same chick from start to finish. The fetuses are dead; they’re developing.
Obviously, the person who did the project did the research. Before you criticize, Cindy and Bri and others who will undoubtedly comment after this, maybe you should do a bit of research.
Please add 20th day the breaking of shell by the chicken it will be a complete story
Insert 20th day when the shell is cracked by the chicken it will complete the story very nice pictures good effort congratulations.
thank you for showing me the picture. i want to print out for my lesson. How do i print it?
