Microsoft Office Bus at China

Apparently this is really happening in China. Whether you see it as Microsoft ‘forcing’ employee to work even on their way back home/go to work, or this is purely employee’s privileges. But I must say, this look very cool! Now I wonder, are the chairs in fixed position?
