Body Tattoo is outdated! It’s Body Implant now!

Ouuchhh! The last time I posted about the body tattoo, it seems so much pain already. But now, look at these people, they even do body implant! Are they out of their mind?
I wonder how they put the thing underneath the skin. Did they do some minor operation to put that in? Anyone knows the answer?
Actually it was called “Body Modification”. One of the living examples are Lizardman and catman. They almost have themselves looking like the animals they always wanted. It’s pretty weird.

It’s done in the shop, a small incision is made, just enough to get the piece they are implanting, slid under the skin. Then it is simply moved into the location the person wants it, the incision is closed with usually 2 stitches or less, and it’s done.
It actually doesn’t hurt all that much.
