Microsoft Office Bus at China

Apparently this is really happening in China. Whether you see it as Microsoft ‘forcing’ employee to work even on their way back home/go to work, or this is purely employee’s privileges. But I must say, this look very cool! Now I wonder, are the chairs in fixed position?
WoW thats pretty cool! but it will be inconvenient if the person sitting at the window seat wants to get out and theres some one sitting next to them.
