Employee beaten up by Supervisor with sticks

This incident happened in Malaysia, state of Johor. An employee from a car-washing company was beaten up by his employer. Victim did not fight back as the employer was believe to have been involved in gangster-ism. The whole incident was recorded on a CCTV embedded within the office. Video attached.
